Full Ceramic Crown & Bridge work
The laboratory manufactures Zirconia crowns & bridges (including full upper & lower rehabs) as well as E-max inlays, onlays and veneers.
The production line includes three Zirkonzahn milling units. This is used in conjunction with the appropriate CAD/CAM software for the designing and manufacturing of Zirconia crowns & bridges and E-max CAD inlays & onlays.
Implant Dentistry
JH Lab Dental Laboratory are specialists in the field of implant dentistry. From single implant crowns to full implant structures.
Skilled in most of the implant systems, the laboratory have the knowledge and experience to complete any implant restoration.
CAD/CAM & Digital Dentistry
Fully equipped to receive scans and files from various systems and platforms, a seamless digital workflow is created using the latest CAD/CAM technology. The laboratory does everything digitally. From DSD( Digital Smile Design) to milling of ceramic, titanium and temporary materials, as well as 3D printing. The process includes the use of 3Shape, Zirconzahn and Exocad software.
The Zirconzahn units are used for the milling of materials and an army of 3D printers are used in manufacturing of 3D models and printable appliances.
